Microsoft has automated sweeps (nicknamed "Operation Bot Buster" by data miners) that delete bot accounts in bulk. When the bot network you used gets detected and terminated, your follower count drops back to zero and your account is flagged for "artificial engagement." A permanent device ban follows repeat offenses.
