Chrono Trigger Resurrection (often abbreviated as CTR) was a non-profit fan project started in the early 2000s. A small team of dedicated fans, led by developer Nathan Banks, set out to recreate the world of Chrono Trigger using 3D graphics. Their goal was not to remake the entire game initially, but to release a demo featuring ten interactive sequences from the story, reimagined with the visual fidelity of a PlayStation 1 or early PlayStation 2 title.
