The movie "Talaash" revolves around the life of Surjan Singh Shekhawat (Salman Khan), a honest and diligent police officer who is haunted by a traumatic event from his past. Struggling with depression, Shekhawat finds solace in his new role as a detective in Mumbai. He teams up with a young and enthusiastic cop, Chitra (Sonakshi Sinha), to solve a series of mysterious murders.
