The Hills Have Eyes 2 takes place 20 years after the events of the first film. The Carter family, consisting of parents Ethel (Mona Marshall) and Bobby (Michael McMillian), and their children, Brenda (Katharine Ross), Jimmy (Tom Bilyeu), and Nancy (Irene Mastro), embark on a road trip to visit their relatives in Arizona. While driving through the desert, they encounter a group of mutated creatures who have been living in the hills.
