Advoree’s defining trait is observational empathy . In one famous monologue from the storyline, Advoree says: “You think being sneaky is a game. It isn’t. It’s a symptom. You’re hiding because you’re terrified that if you stand still, no one will see you. I see you. And I’m not going anywhere.”

One might ask: if these are just romantic dramas, why the sneaky sex? Why not a standard romance film?
